"Revision Seattle" Monday, June 15, 6-8 pm

Lessons from the biggest North American Upzone - Vancouver

Join us for an evening with residents from over 30 neighborhoods and speaker Patrick Condon, author of Broken City, Land Speculation, Inequality, and Urban Crisis.

Professor Condon has over 25 years of experience in sustainable urban design: first as a professional city planner and then as a teacher at the University of British Columbia. He will share his takeaways from Vancouver, B.C.'s process of increasing density in their city.

The live gathering will be from 6 to 8 pm on Monday, June 15th at the Mount Baker Community Center. There will be a presentation and Q and A. Carpooling is recommended. Please come and bring friends and neighbors, and all interested folks.

"Learn about Seattle's land use code and Comprehensive Plan. Together, we'll explore how market driven density fuels speculaton, displacement and the loss of urban nature, and how Seattle can revise Mayor Wildon's "Taller, Denser, Faster" agenda in favor of growth that is equitable, affordable, and green".

Registration is preferred. Register now at:  https://www.seattlethoughtfulgrowth.org/contact

You can also attend without registration.

See you there.
